By filling out the registration form, you agree to these conditions.
Conditions of participation: On the basis of the completed form, an advance invoice will be sent to you to pay the training fee, each participant must prove their proof of payment of the relevant amount to the RAC account no later than on the day of the training. In case the participant for any reason does not manage to pay the amount on time, it is possible to make a payment in cash directly on the day of the start of the training. The tax document will be issued on the basis of the taxable supply. The price of the training includes teaching materials and refreshments for participants during the lessons. Other costs associated with transport, meals and accommodation are paid by the participant.
The currently valid VAT rate must be added to the price of the courses.

Cancellation of participation: If you cancel your participation no later than 14 days before the start of the training, we do not charge the customer any handling fee. In case of later cancellation we charge 50% of the price of the training and in case of cancellation 5 days or less before the start of the training we charge the full amount.
Change of date: When changing the date for organizational reasons, these cancellation fees will not be applied. A minimum number of participants is set for each training (see information on individual trainings), if this number is not met, the training will be moved to the next date. We will inform you well in advance of any organizational changes.
Responsibility: Participants are responsible to RAC for destroying or damaging the training tools provided by RAC if used in violation of the instructor’s instructions.
On-site training: In case RAC carries out training in the premises provided by the customer, the customer is obliged to provide suitable rooms and agreed tools for this training.
Venue: It will be specified to all participants well in advance of the training date.
Teaching time: Trainings always start at 9:00, before the start of the training, participants will receive a confirmation of the course along with all instructions.
